How Bonus Sends Work
- Bonus sends are additional email credits on top of your existing plan.
- They never expire while your subscription is active. Once purchased, they stay in your account until you use them.
- Bonus sends are only used after your monthly plan sends have been used up. Your regular plan sends are always consumed first.
- Bonus sends require an active subscription. If you cancel your subscription, any unused bonus sends are removed when the subscription ends at the close of your billing period, and they cannot be restored if you resubscribe later.
Purchasing Bonus Sends
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- In the Purchase Extra Sends section, select the number of additional sends you’d like to buy from the dropdown.
- Click Purchase to complete the checkout.
You must be on an active paid subscription to purchase bonus sends. They are not available on the free plan.
When to Use Bonus Sends
Bonus sends are a great fit when you need a temporary increase in capacity without committing to a higher plan. Common use cases include:- Holiday seasons when your church is sending more frequent updates.
- Special events like a sermon series launch, fundraiser, or outreach campaign.
- Months where you simply send more than usual and don’t want to upgrade your plan permanently.
