The People Feed gives you a centralized view of all unsubscribe, bounce, cleaned, and suppressed activity across your organization. You can access it from the People section by clicking Feed, or from the Recent Unsubscribes & Bounces card on your dashboard.

What the Feed Shows

Each entry in the feed includes:
  • The person’s name (linked to their profile) and email address
  • The event type:
    • Unsubscribed - the person unsubscribed from all emails
    • Category Unsubscribe - the person unsubscribed from a specific email category
    • Bounced - the email bounced back from the address
    • Cleaned - the address was removed from sending (for example, after repeated bounces)
    • Suppressed - the address is being held back from sending
  • The email subject or automation name that triggered the event
  • The category name if it was a category unsubscribe
  • A relative timestamp (e.g., “2 hours ago”)
For bounce events, you can click Details to see diagnostic information about why the email bounced, including the bounce type and message. Cleaned and suppressed entries show the reason the address reached that status when one is available.
Cleaned and suppressed reflect an address’s current status rather than a one-time event. If an address is later resubscribed, it leaves the feed. These entries appear ordered by when the address last reached that status.

Filtering the Feed

You can filter the feed by:
  • Event type - Show all events, or filter to just unsubscribes, category unsubscribes, bounces, cleaned, or suppressed contacts
  • Date range - Select a start and end date to narrow results to a specific time period
Click Clear All to reset your filters.
Entries in the feed link directly to related pages:
