The person detail page gives you a complete view of an individual person in Flowforth. Click on any person’s name throughout the app to open their detail page.

Emails Received

The Emails Received tab shows every email this person has received, including both regular emails and emails sent through automations.
  • Automation emails are labeled with a purple “Automation” badge and link directly to the automation they came from.
  • Use the Email Type filter to narrow the list to just regular emails or just automation emails.

Automations

The Automations tab shows every automation this person has been enrolled in. For each automation, you’ll see:
  • The automation name (click to go to the automation)
  • Their last completed step
  • Their status (In Progress, Completed, or Canceled)
  • When they were enrolled

Details

The Details tab displays the person’s contact information and subscription status.

Flowforth Email Address

By default, Flowforth sends emails to the address stored in Planning Center. However, some people prefer to receive Flowforth emails at a different address than the one used for Planning Center notifications. On the Details tab, you can set a Flowforth-only email address for that person. When set, all emails from Flowforth will go to this address instead of their Planning Center email. Their Planning Center email remains unchanged. This is useful when someone wants newsletters and church communications delivered to a personal inbox while keeping their Planning Center email for other purposes.
