Claude and ChatGPT can connect to Flowforth to read your emails and results, and to set up drafts. Organization owners control what they can do on the AI tools page: open Settings > Integrations and click AI tools.
Only organization owners can change these settings. Every member can see them.

Settings

Changes apply right away for everyone in your organization.

When a setting is off

  • Allow AI tools is off: people can still connect Claude or ChatGPT, but it can’t see anything in your organization. It tells them an owner can turn it on in Settings > Integrations, and the Flowforth approval screen says the same.
  • Allow edits is off: they can still read and preview, but any change is refused.
  • Show people’s details is off: they can still work with emails, stats and content, but can’t look up people, unsubscribe responses or bounces. An email’s audience shows its lists and a count of individual people, and drafts can’t be addressed to individual people. Your own team’s names, such as senders and saved authors, are still shown.

What every person still controls

  • Each person connects their own Claude or ChatGPT and approves it themselves. See Claude Connector and ChatGPT Connector.
  • The assistant acts as that person. It only sees and changes what their Flowforth permissions already allow.
  • AI assistants never send or schedule email, and can’t change anything that has already been sent or scheduled.
  • Anyone can disconnect their own assistant under Connected apps in Settings.
If you belong to more than one organization, each organization’s owners decide for that organization.
