The Flowforth connector lets ChatGPT read your Flowforth data and set up draft emails for you. Add it on chatgpt.com. The ChatGPT desktop app’s connector settings aren’t supported.
Organization owners choose what AI assistants can do in Settings > Integrations. By default ChatGPT can read and make changes, but can’t see people’s details. See AI Assistants.

Connecting ChatGPT

Adding a connector needs ChatGPT’s developer mode, which isn’t available on every ChatGPT plan.
  1. In ChatGPT, go to Settings > Connectors.
  2. Open Advanced and turn on Developer mode.
  3. Back in Connectors, click Create.
  4. Name it Flowforth and paste https://flowforth.co/api/mcp/mcp.
  5. Set Authentication to OAuth, and leave Client ID and Client Secret empty.
  6. Click Create, and sign in to Flowforth if you’re asked to.
  7. On the Flowforth screen that says ChatGPT is asking for access, click Approve.
To use it in a chat, open the + menu, choose More > Developer mode, and pick Flowforth.

What it can do

ChatGPT can do the same things as Claude. See what the connector can and can’t do and its limits. If your organization has turned off edits for AI assistants, ChatGPT can read but can’t create, change or delete anything. Unless your organization shares people’s details, it sees counts instead of people’s names, email addresses and subscriptions. If you belong to more than one Flowforth organization, name the one you mean. Otherwise ChatGPT uses the first organization you joined.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings in Flowforth, find Connected apps, and click Disconnect next to ChatGPT. Access stops within about a minute. Removing the connector in ChatGPT also stops it.

Privacy

Data the connector reads goes to ChatGPT only when you ask for it, and is then handled under OpenAI’s terms. Flowforth logs which tools were called and whether they worked, not what was asked or returned. See the Flowforth privacy policy. For help, email support@flowforth.co.
