If you’ve created a list in Planning Center but it’s not showing in Flowforth, it’s usually a visibility or sync issue.

Step 1: Check List Sharing

Flowforth only sees lists that are visible to the person who connected your Planning Center account. To fix this:
  • Share the list with the user who connected to Flowforth,
    or
  • Share it with All People Managers in Planning Center

Step 2: Refresh the List

Once the sharing is correct, go into Planning Center and refresh the list. This will trigger a sync and should make it appear in Flowforth within a few minutes.
