Flowforth makes it easy to track how many emails your organization has sent during the current billing cycle so you can plan ahead and avoid hitting your limit.

How to Check Your Usage

  1. Go to SettingsPlan and Billing
    or visit https://flowforth.co/settings/billing
  2. On this page, you’ll see:
    • A your total usage and remaining sends
    • A pie chart visualizing your email send breakdown
Only organization owners can view billing and usage information.

Important Notes About Email Limits

  • Flowforth uses a hard limit:
    If you do not have enough sends left for a campaign, your email will not be sent.
  • Automation emails also count toward your send total.
  • All organization owners are notified when you’ve used 80% of your send limit for the billing cycle.
  • If an email fails to send due to hitting your limit, all organization owners will be notified.

If you’re running low on sends, you can purchase bonus sends or upgrade your plan from Settings > Plan and Billing.
