Only organization owners can change plans.
How to Change Your Plan
- Click Settings from the sidebar.
- Go to the Billing page.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select the new plan that fits your organization’s email sending needs.
- Review the pricing details and confirm.
How Billing Works

Upgrading your plan:
- You’ll see the prorated amount due today before confirming.
- Your new sending limit takes effect immediately.
- At the start of your next billing cycle, you’ll be charged the full amount of the new plan.

Downgrading your plan:
- Your new plan and sending limit take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- You’ll continue on your current plan until then.
