You can adjust your Flowforth plan anytime to match your organization’s needs.
Only organization owners can change plans.

How to Change Your Plan

  1. Click Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Go to the Billing page.
  3. Click Change Plan.
  4. Select the new plan that fits your organization’s email sending needs.
  5. Review the pricing details and confirm.

How Billing Works

  • Upgrading your plan:
    • You’ll see the prorated amount due today before confirming.
    • Your new sending limit takes effect immediately.
    • At the start of your next billing cycle, you’ll be charged the full amount of the new plan.
  • Downgrading your plan:
    • Your new plan and sending limit take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
    • You’ll continue on your current plan until then.
