You can cancel your Flowforth subscription at any time.
Only organization owners can cancel a subscription.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click Settings from the sidebar.
  2. Go to the Billing page.
  3. Click Change Plan.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.
  5. Select a reason for canceling and optionally provide feedback.
  6. Confirm the cancellation.
Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you’ll retain access to any remaining email sends during that time. Your next billing date is shown on the billing page.

Resuming Your Subscription

If you cancel but change your mind before your billing period ends, you can click Resume Subscription on the billing page to reactivate your plan.
