Link Types

Flowforth supports several link types across the email editor. These are available on text links, buttons, images, cards, list item buttons, and footer links.

URL

A standard web link. Enter a full URL (e.g., https://example.com) or just the domain (e.g., example.com) and Flowforth will add https:// automatically.

Planning Center

Browse and link directly to content in your Planning Center account without leaving the editor. The picker lets you choose from:

• Forms
• Registrations
• Groups
• Calendar Events
• Common Church Center links

Email

Opens the recipient’s email client with a pre-filled address. Enter just the email address (e.g., hello@example.com).

Phone Call

Opens the phone dialer on the recipient’s device. Enter a phone number with or without formatting (e.g., +1 (555) 123-4567). Formatting characters are stripped automatically when the link is saved.

Text Message

Opens the recipient’s messaging app to start a text message. Enter a phone number the same way as a phone call link.

File Download

Link to a file from your asset library. When clicked, the recipient downloads the file directly. Select a file from the asset browser or upload a new one.
