Flowforth includes a couple of AI-powered tools to help you polish your emails. These features are designed to assist with editing and brainstorming, not to replace your voice. You write the content; AI helps you refine it.

AI Subject Line Generator

Writing a great subject line can be the hardest part of sending an email. The AI subject line generator helps by suggesting options based on what you’ve written.
  1. Open your email and navigate to the subject line field.
  2. Click the AI option to generate subject line suggestions.
  3. The AI reads the content of your email and creates relevant subject line options.
  4. Pick a suggestion to use as-is, or use it as a starting point for your own.
This is especially helpful when you’re stuck or want to test a different angle.

AI Text Cleanup

The AI text cleanup tool helps you polish copy you’ve already written. It can fix grammar, improve clarity, and tighten up your wording.
  1. Open a text block in the email editor.
  2. Highlight the text you want to clean up.
  3. Select the AI option from the toolbar.
  4. Review the suggested changes and accept them if you’re happy with the result.
AI text cleanup is meant for editing and polishing, not for generating content from scratch. Flowforth believes your voice matters, so AI acts as an editing assistant rather than a ghostwriter.
