Collaborative editing is only available on standard emails and standard email templates. Simple emails, HTML emails, and Canva emails do not support collaborative editing.
Presence Indicators
At the bottom of the sidebar, you can see who else is currently viewing the email. Each person is represented with their own color, making it easy to tell who is active.Block Locking
When someone selects a block, it becomes locked for other editors. You will see their color and profile picture on the block they are editing. This prevents anyone from overwriting someone else’s work. When they deselect the block, it becomes available for others to edit.Automatic Syncing
All changes sync in real time. As your teammates add, edit, or rearrange blocks, you will see their updates appear in your editor immediately. There is no need to manually save or refresh the page.Tips
- Coordinate with your team before making large structural changes, like rearranging sections or swapping layouts, to avoid confusion.
- Use the presence indicators to see who is active before you start editing. If someone is already working on a section, pick a different block to avoid waiting for the lock to release.
