The email editor remembers certain choices on your device so it doesn’t keep asking. The Editor settings dialog is where you can review and reset those preferences.

Opening Editor Settings

In the drag-and-drop email editor, click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top right and choose Editor settings.

What You Can Reset

The dialog lists each preference the editor has remembered, such as:
  • Deleting blocks in columns — whether deleting a block in a columns layout removes the whole layout or just that block
  • Duplicating blocks in columns — the matching choice for duplicating
  • Planning Center import defaults — saved field selections, button text, layout, and last-used tabs
  • Preview merge tags — whether previews show sample data in place of merge tags
  • Test email recipients — saved addresses for sending test emails
Click Reset next to any preference to clear it, or Reset all to clear them at once.
Resetting a preference just means the editor will ask again or use its default — it never changes your email content. These settings are stored per device, so resetting them here won’t affect your teammates.
