The icons block lets you add a row of social media and contact icons to your email. Each icon links to a URL or action, making it easy for recipients to find your church online.

Adding an Icons Block

Drag the Icons block from the block palette into your email canvas. A default set of icons will appear. Use the sidebar editor to add, remove, and configure icons.

Supported Icons

The following icons are available:
  • Social Media: Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, TikTok, Vimeo, X/Twitter, YouTube
  • Audio/Video: Spotify, Podcast
  • Church: Church Center
  • Contact: Email, Phone, SMS
  • General: Generic Link
Each icon has a link destination that you configure in the sidebar. When a recipient clicks an icon, they are taken to the corresponding URL or action.

Icon Styles

Choose from three visual styles in the sidebar:
  • Filled: Icons displayed inside a solid colored shape
  • Outline: Icons displayed inside a bordered shape with no fill
  • Icon Only: Standalone icons with no background shape

Customization Options

Select the icons block to open its settings in the sidebar:
  • Icon Color: Set the color of the icon itself
  • Fill Color: Set the background color behind the icon (applies to Filled and Outline styles)
  • Icon Size: Control the size of each icon

Managing Icons

Adding Icons

Click the add button in the sidebar to add a new icon. Select the icon type from the available options and enter the link destination.

Removing Icons

Select an icon in the sidebar and remove it using the delete option.

Reordering Icons

Drag icons in the sidebar to reorder them. The order in the sidebar matches the display order in the email.

Tips

  • Place the icons block near the footer of your email so recipients can easily find your social media links.
  • Use the same icon style across your emails for a consistent look. Filled icons tend to stand out more, while Icon Only is more subtle.
  • Match the icon color and fill color to your brand for a polished appearance.
