Adding a List Block
Drag the List block from the block palette into your email canvas. A default list with placeholder items will appear. You can type directly into item titles and descriptions on the canvas, or configure everything in the sidebar editor.List Structure
Each list displays a numbered sequence of items. The overall list includes:- Title: A heading displayed above the list
- Subtitle: Optional supporting text below the title
- Title: A short label or heading for the item
- Description: Rich text content that supports bold, italic, underline, links, and multiple paragraphs
- Button (optional): A call-to-action button with customizable text and link
Managing Items
Adding and Removing Items
Use the sidebar editor to add new items to the list or remove existing ones. You can also press Enter at the end of an item on the canvas to add a new item below it.Reordering Items
Open the expanded editing modal from the sidebar to manage multiple items. Drag and drop items to reorder them. You can also use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate between items.Editing on the Canvas
Type directly into item titles and descriptions on the canvas for quick edits. For more detailed editing, including managing buttons and reordering, use the sidebar editor.Item Buttons
Each item can include an optional button. Buttons support all available link types:- URL: Link to any web page
- Email: Opens the recipient’s email client
- File: Link to a file from your asset library
- SMS: Opens a text message
- Phone: Opens the phone dialer
- Planning Center: Link to a Planning Center resource
Customization Options
Select the list block to open its settings in the sidebar:- Text Color: Set the color for titles and descriptions
- Bullet Color: Customize the background color of the numbered circles
- Bullet Text Color: Set the color of the numbers inside the circles
Tips
- Use the expanded editing modal when working with longer lists. It gives you a better overview of all items and makes drag-and-drop reordering easier.
- Rich text descriptions let you include links, bold text, and multiple paragraphs within a single item, so each entry can be as detailed as needed.
- Buttons are optional per item. You can mix items with and without buttons in the same list.
