A few ways you can use the exported recipient data:- Follow up on bounces by filtering the CSV to bounced recipients and reviewing their email addresses in Planning Center
- Identify engaged readers by looking at recipients who clicked links
- Audit unsubscribes to understand how many people opted out after a specific email
- Review “Did Not Send” reasons to understand why certain people on your list were excluded
