# Creating and Managing Link Pages

> Build and customize public link-in-bio pages to organize important URLs for your church community.

Flowforth lets you create **link-in-bio style pages** to organize key URLs, resources, and contact points for your people—all under a single, shareable link.

## Accessing Link Pages

To manage your link pages:

* Click the **Links** tab in the sidebar.
* Then select **Link Pages**, or go directly to\
  [https://flowforth.co/link-pages](https://flowforth.co/link-pages)

## Creating a New Link Page

1. Click the **New Link Page** button.
2. Enter a **name** for internal use.
3. Choose a **URL slug** (e.g. your church name).

Your final page URL will be:\
`https://flowforth.co/links/{your-slug}`

  The slug must be **globally unique across Flowforth**, not just within your
  organization. Custom domains are coming soon.

## Editing Your Link Page

When editing a link page, you'll use the editor menu on the left to manage different sections:

### Header

Click the **Header** tab to update:

* Logo
* Organization name
* Title
* Description
* Background color
* Background image
* Primary button

### Socials

Click **Socials** to add up to **5 social media links**.\
You can reorder them by dragging the **grab handle** on the left.

### Links

Click **Links** to:

* Set the style and appearance of your link buttons
* Add new links by clicking **Add Link**
* You can add up to **50 links** per page

For each link, you’ll choose a **type**, enter the **button text**, and provide the destination. The available link types are:

| Type                | Description                                                    |
| ------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Website**         | A standard URL link to any webpage                             |
| **Email**           | Opens the recipient’s email client with the address pre-filled |
| **Phone Call**      | Opens the device’s phone dialer with the number pre-filled     |
| **Text Message**    | Opens the device’s messaging app with the number pre-filled    |
| **File Download**   | Upload a file for visitors to download                         |
| **Planning Center** | Link directly to content in Planning Center                    |

You can **reorder links** by dragging and dropping them using the handle on the left of the link name.

## Visibility Settings

Use the **Visibility toggle** in the editor menu to make your link page:

* **Public** – anyone with the link can view the page
* **Private** – the page will not be accessible

## Editing Page Name and Slug

You can change the internal **name** and **URL slug** from the editor menu:

* These fields will **auto-save** as you type.
* Remember: the slug must be **globally unique**.

## Deleting a Link Page

To delete a link page:

1. Open the editor for that page.
2. Click the **three dots (⋯)** in the top-right corner.
3. Select **Delete Link Page**, then confirm the action.

  This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, the page and its links will no
  longer be accessible.
