# Missing Lists from Planning Center

> Learn what to do if a list you created in Planning Center is not showing up in Flowforth.

If you’ve created a list in Planning Center but it’s not showing in Flowforth, it’s usually a visibility or sync issue.

## Step 1: Check List Sharing

Flowforth only sees lists that are **visible to the person who connected your Planning Center account**.

To fix this:

* Share the list with the **user who connected to Flowforth**,\
  *or*
* Share it with **All People Managers** in Planning Center

## Step 2: Refresh the List

Once the sharing is correct, go into Planning Center and **refresh the list**. This will trigger a sync and should make it appear in Flowforth within a few minutes.
